could you also check on the RRMedia Database for me, i think i have everything configures right but still can't get it to work. can't add songs or playlists to disk and the sort. I posted help in the RRmedia thread but it seams my posts are invisible.

Lol, i hear y'all. Its a work in progress, but like i said its a while before i put some serious work on this so we'll see what i come up with then.

Lol, you see what i released it yet though, all the codes are right but its just non-compliant. Thanks for looking though. Did you by any change check the RRMedia, to see if you can add songs and playlists to disk?

Dit it work as is or did you have to modify something? if not then we can only assume it is something system specific. Eitherway i will study some of the other skins with dynamic button to see what solution i can come up with.

If iremember right the buttons changed straight off the only
Mod I did was set the path for imageviewer. I'll download

Ok tested again , thebutton swap works good but not all buttons
Work after change. Like settings button , YouTube works as does video
I'll into it later for you, I think it's just the launch cmd for

ok doc found your problem its your exectbl lines for launching the cmds you use for the menu.

ie = settings , in exectbl you have this

"SETTINGS","MENU;Settings.skin","" Remove the last 2 "" then it will work

"BPICS"Load;Photo.skin;Imageviewer;Support\Imagevi ewer\Imageviewer.exe;Imageveiwer",""

2 things wrong here, again with the extra "" and you have not defined the path for the exe in the launch line, if imageviewer is in your skin folder like the line looks to suggest then your launch line should be like this

"BPICS"Load;Photo.skin;Imageviewer;$SKINPATH$Support\Imageviewer\Imageviewer.exe;Imageveiwer"

hope this helps , may need to check the rest of your code, i have only got time to check these 2 lines as trying to put my truck dash board back in after my heat matrix blew on me and i'm off on holiday tommorrow..

What about the backgrounds, can you make that work? I hit the settings button and nothing happens. I know it can be changed in skin.ini.

Ha, it was as simple as that, the buttons work. Thank carputer, that was big enough help.

treetop, did you change the list path and the indicator path in the BkGrnd.skin to where your background folder? Also needs to be changed in the ExecTBL, the SETBKGND, DAYBKGND and NIGHTBKGND paths. Don't worry i will be changing it to the standard $RRPATH$Backgrounds once i release so there won't be need to naually change these.
