Carwings_Dynamic_Lite Add_ONs

I am not a good programmer and not a good graphic designer , also that
i can do for the RideRunner community is to modify or to create new screens
that I love or I want for my Carpc .

IF YOU WANT TO USE THESE ADD ONS, PLEASE, CREATE A COPY Carwings_Dynamic_Lite FOLDER AND USE THEM ONLY IN YOUR NEW SKIN FOLDER ...
ALSO YOU CAN KEEP A GOOD Carwings_Dynamic_Lite BACKUP ...

IF YOU HAVE MAKED A CARWINGS SKIN FOR YOUR OWN USAGE, AND YOU WANT TO GIVE IT TO THE RR COMMUNAUTY
YOU CAN PM ME AND I CAN TO ADD IT HERE . THANKS

Is some Add_Ons skin's for Carwings and Carwings_Dynamic_Lite:

4 Menus: You can edit your commands menu with the JohnWPB/BlueZX3 Dfx4 utility : dfx-menu-button-editor.zip

or 4 menus with original indicators:

1. I wouldn't do the Carburant one, that is not a plugin and is still not working properly as you have said.

I will do a proper RRPlugin.

2. Also don't do a Trafficams standalone one, there is a proper RRplugin.

Well, I've tried the video plugin, both in carwings_dynamic_lite and carwings_dynamic. It works in the first one, not so much in the second one, I see the labels, not the buttons, I'll try again later today (I just unzipped the files on the respective folders).

I also unzipped the 4menus on the carwings_dynamic_lite, does it also work on the carwings_dynamic tout court?

It's a little confusing, both have the "dynamic" menus, right? And both are transparent. The lite one comes with less skins/plugins, but they also look a bit different.

Google Earth, Traffic and MSVirtualEarth I got it already in dynamic tout court, I'll try i it on dynamic lite too, thanks to your work.

What I really think Carwings desperately needs:

1. Playlist loader. I'd like to be able to load a playlist, and not have to browse artist, album, genre, etc. I have tons of playlists I'd like to use.

2. Video playlists. I have lots of small video clips, cartoons. When one 4 min video ends, the next one in the folder does not get played. The video just stops playing and that's it. I have to select folder, try to remember which one was playing, and play it again. More often than not, I select the wrong cartoon episode, etc.

I think that 'YES', but backup before your originals files , because i have changed and added some indicators on the screen top.

That's great you put it all in one place

I would even say it could be nice to put some of those into the default skin installed with RR (with your permission of course).

first off great job. video playlist is definitely a good idea. I think i'm going to go back to rr and carwings. i have been using freeice for a while now. Because mainly it has the play list and didn't have any bugs. Guino congrats on your software being featured on tv. Can't wait for this to be mainstream and know that we were in the forefront of it all.

Yes you can to add all these screens in the RR setup .

I have just changed the indicator size for to add more indicators in the same place than before .

May be these add ons can to be an option in the RR setup or not , this is you who seeing ?

I mean video.skin. Don't worry about it, I'm going to move all my mods to the carwings_dynamic to carwings_dynamic_lite now. It's more stable and thanks to you, it has all the updates I need!

Can't wait to tet RRMedia, but I'm waiting for the latest version. I'll test it with one directory perhaps, see if it's possible.

Thanks, great work! I agree with Guino, I do think these should all be incorporated into the standard RR install!
