How can I modify the video player skin size

I want to modify the video_player windows size it is too tall and I want to make it slim so where do I got to change the size?

Does anyone know how?

I want to take out the part in red. The part in blue is the video display. This skin isn't don't I am just laying things out and I will clean it all up.

thanks
