Sorry bout that GizmoQ, I've been busy lately. I tried to make one that changes 20% at those speeds, but it just doesn't seem to work. You can try and add the following three files to your skin, all on the same screen and maybe that will work.
30-50-70
If it doesn't, here is one that changes 45% volume at 50mph.
@xuri the double clicking is a focus issue between RR and my flash menu. I never noticed it while skinning iRunner cuz 1) I don't have a touchscreen and 2) I found that mouse dragging returns focus to the flash object and it must have slipped by me. I would ask guino if anything can be done.
Just wondering.... does anyone use iRunner as their main skin? If so... could you post a pic of it running in your car? I never got to see it in action

yes i use it as my main skin... i had to fill in the pages that you did not make with others from other skins like i use map point for gps and the radio... the phone control and dvd i don't use so i would love to remove them somehow and replace with tv and xm or even better to have matching skins for all of that... if you could find the time someday as this is the best skin i have ever used.... I will take a video of it in action tonight when you can see it working.

You can start by going into the Buttons folder and deleting "button2.swf" and "button5.swf". Button8 is an XM button but needs to be renamed to button2/5 depending on where you want it on the menu. I’ll get to work on the screens and the TV button.

Here are some pics of it "iRunning" in my Range.
Took your skin on a 2000km holiday, and I really love it, it brings me at ease, looks clean, feels good!
Allthough it isn't perfect, missing some control buttons on the gps and main screen for volume and audio control, and would like to see some different info displayed on the gps info bar, but it feels so much better to me than many skins so far, so I'll take it as it is, and enjoy it a lot.
Thx a lot for your great work

I would love to show you some pictures of iRunner running in my car as main skin. Butt.......
It's still the main skin in my house. The car PC is still in the living room undergoing some fine tuning in windows. As soon as it is in my car i will post the pictures.
But i know for sure it's going to my be main. It look great !! Sounds great !! (Love the mac at startup) and again it looks the best!.
Would be great if you could intergrate direction arrows with freedrive and a good poco interface. The radio interface I have not tested yet because my radio extreme did not arrive yet. (but as far as i could see in a quick look is that the radio menu isn't there yet.)
Maybee its possible for you to create a picture viewer menu ?

I had a quick play with this today, very impressed m8.. couple of things, you dont really need the FDMENU=RoadRunner as this removes the ability to tap the map for menu. The FDMENU is for when you have done whole new menus using RR as a skinning tool for it. You would create a FDMENU.skin and this is called from FD when you tap the screen. (a message is sent to RR to MENU;FDMENU.SKIN) this then can point to other menus etc.. ) The other thing was to add a c01 to the FD screen to stop it 'flashing' then it looses focus for a second, sadly this would remove the loading text from it. O.. yeah also maybe sticking a menu_off.jpg in so when your surfing between skins you get a picture up of what your skin is, rather than it just being blank
thats it.. i'm enjoying using it at the mo

Hey thanks for taking those pics Phythorian it looks sweet!!!
@CdRsKuLL. I was going to make a full blown FDMENU.skin but I got side tracked. I must have accidentally left that in there. This was my first time using Freedrive and it's been awhile since I've looked at the FD support in this skin so it's far from perfect.
@Bradipo. Link should work now... anybody get it working?

There is something i miss a little.
It would be great to have an extra page added where we can configure external applictions. So an Application page.
I like to have my external wifi scanner always scanning so i have internet. N64 emu is great fot those long drives.
Also there is a webbrowser plugin now for RR. could you implement this in your skin too ??

DiNASTY,
First, congratulations for this fantastic skin. It is very well designed.
You do not believe that instead of " RUN; C:\Program Files\Road Runner\RRConfig.exe " you must put " RUN; %ProgramFiles%\Road Runner\RRConfig.exe " in order that it could work with operative systems of other countries and with other different units of C:\ ??
Is it possible?
Thanks,

Your skin receives nothing but raves from me!
However I have a couple questions... and one of them may be completely out of line...
I am somewhat confused because it seems like i have to double-click things in this skin... am I missing a setting some where or is this by design?
secondly... any chance you could make an amber version? Probably not, but worth a try...

DiNASTY,
Did I ever tell you how great this works! I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner but I've been back on the road. The 30/40/50 is actually 35/45/55 and it's better than I expected. Because my system is only a 500Mhz P III it takes a few seconds to come in and out but is so gradual, its unnoticable under normal acceleration. I usually have RR set at 20% for the boot up and as I go along it automatically slowly increases/decreases (with a little lag for the slow processor). This is GREAT!
I love it when I have to stop at a light from 55MPH. Under normal breaking the volume starts coming down from 60% at 54MPH and by the time I'm stopped its at a comfortable 20% - Handsfree.
But, (there's always a but) under hard acceleration I go through 35 and 45 so fast MM skips right past on update and therefore never triggers the volume change, yet when I slow back down it does. This is a minute annoyance when I'm driving the car hard (I'm usually too busy keeping it on the road to care about the audio volume.)
Also for some reason on some skins it doesn't work, Zots.Day for example. Zots just updated his main menu skin to include a MM speed label I don't recognize: "MM;CurrentSpeed." This label actually updates faster than GPSSPD (or at least it seems so to me). When I change it to GPSSPD it still doesn't automatically change my volume. Lastly, does the skin have to have focus for it to work, i.e., Destinator skin has the required additional lines but volume changes don't work.
I really think you should put this in a separate thread so others can chime in with their comments/requests. I must say it a Godsend for me. Thanx
