just kidding... but yeah, Sat radio is ony available in NA, CDR is from Europe

as I said.. very nice. Since I've got many performance issues with RR, I reinstalled the application today.
I don't know what went wrong but RR + this skin was so slow, some buttons don't even respond. Changing the volume button up/down took seconds.
My carpc is a normal pc (P4@2400/512/80GB).

What I changed to solve the performance... I don't know, it works wel right now!!

I feel like a 18 year old driving around and try this beautyfull skin. You did a hell of a job (flash on frontpage is superb(GPS))

Hey BryanMay, you can adapt the current one by doing the following:

backup MC2\audio_browser.skin
delete MC2\audio_browser.skin
copy MC2\audio_player.skin TO MC2\audio_browser.skin

get the modifications I posted in the MC1.0 thread and copy the Sxx line from the audio_browser.skin file into the MC2\audio_browser.skin (in place of the Sxx line that is there now)... this will make the audio_browser look like an audio player, and have the directory list...

then, get the exectbl.ini stuff I posted in that same MC1 thread, and just put it in the MC2 directory...

ORRRR, wait a few days until I get my car back from the mechanic and do the modification on the new MC2 sorry I'm a bit busy atm...

I made the audio player a XM radio tuner. I just used the XM radio skin file from the BMV2 skin and moved stuff around with the skin editor with work with the MC1.0 grapics. Its limited to basic functions but thats all I need.

just one problem that I also had on mc1.0...the back button doesn't work in the audio section...any clue on this?

re - browse by art

you can alter the following line in audio_browser1.skin file

SD,02,2,120,95

to

SD,02,2,120,95,"cath\to\music\"

just add your path as above, by default is should goto your default music path but at the moment it doesnt, i'm sure he will fix this in the next release :-)

as for the logo.. opps typo on me, just put it in the 2.0 folder

hmm the back button should work as it calls the audio.. not had a problem with this, is it the button on the browsers at the top underneth the mediacenter text ?

CdR: I solved the problem... don't know very well how but it's done

Whow, this skin is amazing, ooh man can't wait to put it in the car.

I modified the menu.txt and it's for sure very easy and a 2 year kid could do it.

some questions:

-what are the changes in the new freedrive.exe? Is it specially modified for this skin and is it possible to still use it with other skins?

-Is someone working one a phoco skin or is it already finised (couldn't find it)
