Great job on the skin! I've been using it for a few weeks now, and I love it.

If I may submit a few bugs I've noted and some suggestions?

- The weather radar/temp displays don't seem to work properly in stretched 800x600 mode. My display is running 800x600, and when the general.ini file has display height as 480, the graphics display fine. When set to 600 so it fills up the screen, the map cuts off 2/3 of the way down, and only updates the upper 2/3 when you change displays from radar to temp, etc. The icons on the left also have a drawing error as does the "go back" button in the bottom left.

- I understand the attraction of big icons, but a 1x3 grid in the "browse by album art" is too large in my opinion. The old 2x3 (or was it 4?) grid in LS3 was better for me because it required less scrolling through albums as you could see more at a time. Also, the super-size "blank folder" icons look a tad pixelated.

- I love the integration with iGuidance. I haven't quite figured out what "MWI" does yet, though. I've noticed two things about the way I use this screen, however.
One, I find myself constantly flipping back and forth to the "music" screen soley in order to change the volume. This can be distracting while driving, and it does need to be done frequently as audio files tend to have lots of different volume levels. Perhaps a +/- volume control could be added to the GPS screen?
Two, the graphical speedometer at the bottom is kinda neat, but I find it takes up valuable screen real estate and is largely redundant anyways as iGuidance has a speed display in the bottom right (at least when you're not navigating). Could the speedometer be an option somehow? Having more screen real estate to see roads and street names would be great.

- Firefox 1.5 doesn't appear to embed. I imagine this is because it changed class/window names with the new version.

- I've noticed that the "go back" button in the lower left highlights in sync with many other controls where I imagine it should not. This could be due to the 800x600 stretching, I suppose?

That's all I've noticed. This skin is really a joy to drive around with.

Thanks!

the weather radar thing is a known issue, that whole screen is pretty very much still beta. I know the latest release of RR was supposed to fix the scaleing issues as seen on that screen, but i havent checked yet to see if it still happens.

i agree with the browse by album art icons being a tad bit large, i think the older way was better also, so ill be changeing that back in the next update.

the embeding of firefox was fixed in the latest version of RoadRunner, so if you updated this should be working for you. I tested this and works for me.

the speedo is completely optional, acutally everything in the gps screen is optional. All of the buttons in the gps screen, use labels for the text, so you can change (very easily) what the buttons say, and also what they do. So if you need volume buttons on that screen, it is very easy to replace 2 buttons with those functions. (Ill post a how to later).

"I've noticed that the "go back" button in the lower left highlights in sync with many other controls where I imagine it should not"

Im not really sure if im following you, or understand completely, what screen does this happen on. Does the button highlight as if you had it focused, but your mouse is somewhere else?

thanks for the comments, and suggestions, glad u like the skin. More updates are on the way.

I just took the text file for audio browser in LS3.0 and put it in my LSX folder and edited the postiitioning a little with RR Editor and voila problem fixed.

im not sure if this is a road runner issue or a skin issue...

when in the folder to add music to the playlist, how do you get it to sort alphabetically??.. it used to do it, now it doesnt...
and even that ".." parent directory one ends up being somewhere in the middle of the list.. VERRYYY ANNOYING...

thats most likey a RR issue of some sort. Ive never seen the list sorted any other way other than alphabetically. I dont think its something you can change.

great skin liquid_smoke!

some bugs ive noticed:
if you stretch it to 800x600 the popup menu that comes up when you click on the time comes up with purple horizontal lines all around it. dont know if its a bug with RR/LSX or my vid card.
also every once in a while if im going through some of the menus quickly the time will either stop or be off a few seconds. this mainly happens when i go to the main menu. going to another screen then coming back slowly fixes the problem 100% of the time.
