I've been trying to convert my own logo and haven't been successful. I've followed the tutorial that was posted by Dinasty, but for some reason everytime I try to convert the PNG to SWF, the resulting SWF file is 0 Bytes. I've been trying this for the past couple of hours and nothing.

I am hoping that someone can convert the file for me.

Thumbs up

System:

Pentium III M 1.2ghz
512mb ram
WinAmp 2.95

Runs a little slow, not as fast as the video clips in the thread, but definitely useable.

Keep up the good work!

All requests and subsequent Logo posts will be on this Thread

That way we don't block the main thread up with minor logo posts etc.

Thanks,

Steve

I like almost everything about this skin so far and will be for sure my default player/skin when some of the quirks are figured out. I can't figure out exactly how to add in an entire album at a time so I may be missing something. Also, I love the audio browsing part. In my opinion I would even prefer if the playlist worked the way the browser was laid out. It works much better for my larger collection because its easy to find songs and if I could start playing a song in an album and have it continue down the list it would be awesome. Possibly a third option in addition to browsing and the regular playlist?

You can add a whole album by dragging it onto the Albumart. Press and hold down on an album title for like a second and you will see what i mean. Also, I will add directory playing (which i think is what you want) separate in a later release.

Tested in car... P4 - 2.8ghz cpu - 1ghz ram - 10.4" TS@640x480... ran smooth.. few problems..

1. In iguidance the menu extended of the right side of the screen.
2. I don't think anybody mentioned this yet but the compass didn't work for me.
3. Occasionally when I would tap the volume up button it would shoot from 2% up to 35% in one leap. Now on my system that is pretty loud.
4. Problem with logo and compass when I stretch it to 640x480 of course. The only way I was able to solve this so far is to make the resolution 640x400.
5. The last problem that I can think of at the moment is your not done with it yet......lol JK bud... looks good... take your time and do it right the first time.

one small report/suggestion: it isnt currently possible to FF a song... holding down the ">>" button just keeps advancing to the next song.

Did you do this on purpose? Could we have a regular-workign FF button version?

Thanks a bunch for your efforts!

1234 i think. This will be in the config but for now you can change it in RR.ini

&lockcode=1234& (any number)
&lockattempts=0& (number of incorrect attempts) (0 to disable)
&lockcommand=POWEROFF& (any skin command)

oh yeah... now that you mention it.... when i was messing with the unlock code (1234 is always the 1st code you try) I unlocked it and then locked it right away again and the input numbers never came back to unlock it. Had to ctrl-alt-del to get out....

Can you check something for me?

Check if this is in the lock.skin file: /DISCARDABLE

I think you may have opened the skin with RRskineditor which might have removed that on accident... otherwise I have another problem :|
