My test machines are as follows:
3.4GHz P4 XPS Desktop
2.4GHz P4 Laptop
2GHz Celeron Desktop
Also, Guino ran the lists/sliders on his 1.2 Celeron and he said it was good so I'm pretty confident that it'll be alright.

@defsquad & Mr.Fabio: I'd be interested in seeing a skin file if possible.
@wilsonj: The "hit" areas for those buttons are much larger than the actual buttons themselves. I tested it out on a TS and they are very usable, however if they end up being to hard to see I will change them.
