do I have to have a seperate browser and player?

Im trying to display a directory list and play music at the same time. same screen.

I want to be able to be in the audio player and just hit the "up directory" button, and take me to the next directory up, scroll and get into a new directory.

no seperate screens.

I've been having issues just trying to copy the browser and player screens to make them identical. the buttons do not seem to be compatible.

please advise

You can do this as long as you do it in the audio_browser.skin -- either that or you can define the path for the files using the SD definition. Roy made a mod for the zots skin that replicates the directory playback in FP.. you can do it whatever way you want -- it just takes a little effort in configuring your way into it.

absolutely. I'm pretty impressed with the capabilities of this program. It's un-intuitive as all hell, but Sesame Street programming works very well. And thats simply good enough.

WR, I remember finding RR dificult and un-intuitive too. Its amazing how fast it all becomes second nature. Once can get up to speed and run along side the bus, I think you'll find that this bus is going places other buses don't go. Some of them are stalled on the side of the road, in fact
