Indicators not working in weather?
I'm currently adding the weather to a skin, and the indicators (wicon,w0dayicon, w0nighticon) are not working...
Just to verify this, I fired up BMV2 skin, and iDrive skin, and they aren't working either. All other weather data is there. What would cause this? I tried copying the folder with all the weather icons to my skin directory just to see, but no joy.
Thoughts?
I am using the newest RR.

Tidder, oh man you should do some search and read. But, I don't think you gona find what you looking for anyway  .
In RR.ini file, double check you have these entry.
cityweather=Your_CiTY, NM
weatherunits=USA
If you setup cityweather and weatherunit correctly, there should be 2 xml files (mywsearch.xml and myweather.xml) file created in RoadRunner root directoy when the weather command is executed.
You should also have a subdirectory of RoadRunner called weather with all weather's icons in there. The icons aren't going to any skin's folder.
Now in the skin file (weather.skin), make sure you have these entry for the icons you want to display. This is an example of my
part of weather.skin file

I searched and I searched. Let me be one of the first to say the search function of this site sucks.  No wonder noobs have such a hard time.
Now the main prob I have, Matrix, is the weather works just fine. I can see todays forcast, temp, blah blah blah, just the indicators themselves aren't working.
I have those xml files, and I also have the weather folder where you said it needs to be. But the stupid indicators still don't work! Dang it. |

Nevermind, figured it out. i had a weather folder, but for some reason, it had the BMV2 weather skin inside of it, and also had a weather folder inside that had the icons. Moved the icons to the outer weather folder, now everything is good. Thanks guys.
Strange though, I didn't move anything around. This was a stock install basically. I guess you guys didn't have the prob cause you've all been using roadrunner since the beginning of time.

did you install road runner with the install wizard? if so, thats why. it did it to me also.
