Which skin has the smallest size?!
I have a Tablet PC as my CARPC. Since the CPU inside of it is only Celeron M 650MHz, I've tried my best to minimize every application in the system, even the Windows XP Home.
Therefore, could any of you kindly share with me the info of smallest sized skin available in the world. Thanks in advace!

650Mhz is plenty for 90% of the available skins. Just stay away from the Flash skins and you're fine. Many of the newer skins also include flash addons, but they can be disabled or removed without losing much. As I have learned over the years, you need to focus more on what's taking up memory space and then what's using the CPU. I run flash skins (slowly), but fully functional on my 500Mhz Tablet.
So don't worry about small skin, pick whichever one you like. That's more important - and keep tweaking the system.

Only when you use your skin, I'm more elastic

But seriously, on size - RR can load as many screens as is limited in the RR.ini and this number may be less depending on your available video memory. JohnWPB suggested in this thread that reducing the size of the JPG can improve load time and reduce memory load, but I haven't gotten around to doing this yet. I do know it works wonders for your skin!
Like I said, I have almost every skin released since about Jun 05 and they all run on my Tablet. CDR's flash skins are slow as molasses but they run. Most flash enhanced skins run well for me and my main day and night skins have at least 1 flash object embedded in every page except GPS with no problem.
Just looking at the size of the skin archive is no indication of the system load (CPU and memory) that any particular RR interface may require. Look at Chuck's skin archive - it's huge, but its actually coded to give you four skins and a quick, easy, interface, to setup and use almost every possible RR feature created to date! I'd say 75% of it is configuration. Look at your archive, it's deceptively small, but requires a decent video card to run smoothly. Nowadays, with the significant increase in plug-ins and external apps, even RR is deceptively small.
The OP mentioned processor speed and tweaking apps. I was merely trying to impress upon him that with enough tweaking, he doesn't have to limit himself to "smallest sized skin available in the world." His efforts would be more satisfying, if he picked a skin he liked and tweaked RR, winamp, and all his plug-ins,addons,and external apps to work smoothly together on his system.

Maybe you can try downloading the skin's PSD files and resize it. Not the resolution, jus the file size. U can do it in Photoshop under 'Save for Web' tab. It will load slightly faster, depending on how small you make it. But the downside is that the skin becomes blurry if you overdo it. I did it on all the skins. A very good example is on the Alpine skin. The working skin is quite high res... I resize it and it's slightly faster to load. Other than that, it's the frontend that matters...

CdR posted somewhere stating that if you comment out the J 0,0,0,0 in all his flash skins it will improve the speed by around 50%
