UncySpam, Glad you like it. We've had a bit of that problem too and it seemed to be linked to not saving the Tracks. Check if the data files are saved in C:\OziExplorer\Data. Seems OK on my PC now but have not given it a good workout. It is possible that tarck data is added after we save the data and before Ozi exits. Bugger would have a better idea of how to exit SB cleanly. As we said, this does the impossible, but may not be perfect.

Hallo All!
I beg pardon for my English. There are a few questions. How correctly?
In the file of «Readme.txt»:
To start OziEmbedded, use the following command in RoadRunner skin:
"LOAD;OZI.SKIN;OZI EXPLORER;C:\SkinbedderV3P2\SKINbedder.exe;OziEmbed ded","OziEmbedded"
In the file of «menu.skin»
B06,11,305,339,106,"LOAD;OZI.SKIN;OZI EXPLORER;C:\OziEmbeddedV1.0\SKINbedder.exe;OziEmbe dded","OziEmbedded"
Whether it is needed to set Skinbedderv3p2 preliminary.

SSAn,
Sorry, we got the readme.txt instructions wrong.
It should read:
B06,11,305,339,106,"LOAD;OZI.SKIN;OZI EXPLORER;C:\OziEmbeddedV1.0\SKINbedder.exe;OziEmbe dded","OziEmbedded"
If you look at the menu.skin file in the Ozi BMV2 Skin folder, this is what we use. The C:\SkinbedderV3P2 folder was used in earlier versions and the folder has been renamed to C:\OziEmbeddedV1.0 in this release.

Thank you. I also thought so. I set Oziembeddedv1.0\ And did everything that is recommended «Readme.txt». Taking into account the corrections of above-described. Got the following result:
1. OZIEXPLORER loaded correctly, without toolbar.
2.The pop-up buttons appear / disappear about pressure of the proper buttons.
3.The call of other windows buttons work.
4.Buttons of zum (with magnifying glass) et al does not work off not as.
5.The buttons of keyboard by sight are pressed but text not to hatch.
6.In a window for text "File name" the piece of map is visible.

Sorry about the missunderstanding... I didn't include the button details in the readme as they will be different for each skin, and forgot to update the command from when everything was still being developed...

What language OziExplorer are you using?
Please open OziExplorer and take a screen shot (not embedded) and post it back here.
Open OziEmbedded in RR and take a screen shot and post it back here.
I think there may be an embedding problem...

When exactly does it crash? Does it happen every time you exit or only after you have put waypoints or something on the map?

I've had similar problems on and off, but today I ran Ozie for a while coming home from work and it shut down smoothly with no crash. Not sure what causes it.

I've seen this. I think I have put it down to double key strokes, and is more prevalent if running with a mouse rather than a touch sceen. Pressing carefully, it seems Ok. I think SB might have some issues we can't control.

I can lay out screen shot only tomorrow from other computer. I use the Russian version of Oziexplorer 3.95.4m . If your program catches text in a window, I must set the English version. If you use hotkeys (Shift, Ctrl and Alt), then so must work.

In accordance with rules for RR:
How to embed any Application in RR
-You must have a "base" launch folder (i.e. C:\LAUNCH\)
-You must create a sub-folder with your App's name (i.e. C:\LAUNCH\ Oziexplorer)
-You must create a INI with the same name of your sub-folder (i.e. Oziexplorer.ini)
-You must enter AT LEAST those two lines in the INI file:
PATH=C:\Oziexplorer\Ozi.exe
WindowSearchString= TfmMainForm
That I must now write in the folder of LAUNCH

@ SSan
We've set this program up to be called from the main menu, not from the embedded apps area. In the release, there is a folder called "Ozi BMV2 Skin". This contains our modified menu skin and the required Ozi skin to make it all work.
I haven't tested it, but it may work in the launch area. The window title to embed is "OziEmbedded"
Easiest way to get it working to start with is to do a new install of RR using the latest installer, then follow the instructions in the readme in the OziEmbedded release file. This will set it up the way Rod and myself run it in the BMV2 skin.

I need to see what the window title is when you open OziExplorer not embedded. Our skin relies on the text name of the window to make it embed from the start.

From what I am seeing, from the screen dump, you have got this going. You will be able to emebed it uing lauch, but you use the Window name "OziEmbedded", and start Skinbedder.exe, not OziExplorer but we are starting it direct from a button as we have described in the earlier posts.
The window handling is complex. Skinbedder (SB) encapsulates OziExplorer as it was not well behaved and does not work if embeded directly in RR. SB grabs the Window class !TfmMainForm and hides it from every other program and publishes thewindow title "OziEmbedded" in its place.
The OziAPI.DLL which we use (in the program OziSave.EXE) to save files also looks for !TfmMainForm and does not work once Ozi is "hidden" in SB. So we have to be tricky. What we do is open up a hidden window with a class of TfmMainForm and the same window title OziExplorer has if the demonstration map (demo.map) is open. This window drills down into Skinbedder to find the real OziExplorer and then acts as an intermediary capturing messages to and from the API and forwarding them on to Ozi or the API DLL and everybody is happy.
There is only one oziAPI.DLL for OziExplorer (so it does not change for each language) so I am pretty sure there will be no language problems.
Finally, if you ever try to launch an application as you have tried to do and use a Windows class instead of a name, it starts with a ! as in
