Firstly Dejan, thanks so much for providing detailed pics & info about your build. It is very useful for newb like myself.

I would like to know why you chose the claro halo XT, instead of say the claro plus.

It seems the main advantage of the halo is the headphone out? (I note it also has RCA outputs)

I'm going to follow your progress closely regarding your audio setup.

Do you have a software/hardware setup you could recommend to run actively front tweeters, frond mids and mono sub? (5 channels)

My car only has 2 seats and I don't need rear speakers.

Hi Mark,

Im chose Claro Halo XT because have RCA outputs and swappable OPAMPs for all analog outputs(By default as Im read use Claro Plus little better OPAMP's) but on Halo XT I can change it to OPAMP's which sound best for me...

On my CARPC I have Intel P8400 CPU and is very on limit... This is depend of which filters you would like use... Example:
If I use Linear IIR with 1 channel I get popping because hardware can't handle it.
If I use FIR-Min I can get working 5 channel but is on CPU limit...
I think I will use linear phase mode which will work ok and use less resources...

I use currently 5ch mode(2xTW, 2xMID and SUB) and I don't need rear speakers...

Today Im try mesaure my system with TrueRTA and get next results:
First mesaure noise in car:

Im not shure if dB is ok I think it must be cca. 10-20dB lower...
Then Im mesaure Left MID (Full Range):

And Right:

Tweeter(BugPass filter at 1.5kHz you can see slope)...
Left:

Right:

For first mesaure I think that results are ok, but I must check why sound go +/- 5dB...
In generator Im use "Pink Noise" and leave it 10sec. to make average. I think that with "Quick Sweep" has been signal more linear...
