trader007 can only hope to improve
video was pretty long man, i watched less then half of it. it took an awful long time to boot... but otherwise it looks pretty cool. the screen on the wheel seems a bit distracting, and inconvenient at times... looka like you did a good job though.

Awhile ago I saw this show on Discovery about an X5 pimped for Alpine, and the first thing that got my attention was the steering wheel:

They should've built a car-pc, but then again, Alpine isn't (yet?) about
car-pcs.

Anyway, congratulations for your install!
I would now go further and mold that screen into the wheel! Maybe cover the fiberglass with leather to look like a real steering-wheel.

Must say I love the idea of the screen in the wheel, even if I'd never do it myself. What I really love seeing even more is the massive turbo on the bench, and it's hilarious how it absolutely dwarfs the motherboard.

Now that I've gone and said all that, N/A all the way

Nice engineering skills, I am surprised to find a non conductive mount for your PCB's. Sometimes components get unstable when they are not properly grounded/bonded to each other, especially power supply to motherboard. Love the PICO choice, I built a PICO setup for a client, really awesome board. It's misleading as it is actually quite fast for its size. Had no problems running RR, GPS, VIS, VIDS, ETC with it.

Personally I could care less if I had an airbag either, chances are if you hit something hard enough to pop the airbag you already are in to deep for an airbag to help much.
