Thanks for all..

About your question HiJackZX1 (Do they still make that car?) no they stopped in 2007 and began with the new Pajero/Montero generation.

Very nice looking install! I wish I had room in my Camaro for dual screens.

It really looks great! Good job.

That's a sweet install.

Did the amp(s) fit perfectly under the seat?

Is that the non limited? On the limited monteros, the included power leather seats has hardly any clearance under them to put anything larger than the size of the Sony XM-1S or XM-4S (mono and 4 channel respectively) down there.

I also heard after the 2002 Monteros they included tire pressure sensors, where do you check that?

Also where did you tap the reverse wire for the system to activate the rear view? Did you find the wire somewhere up front by the shifter, or did you just tap the reverse light?

Thanks eugenile
About your questions:

Yes the amp(s) fit perfectly under the seat with 1 or 2 cm space above it.

My car is the non limited Pajeros without power leather seats , sunroof and ABS for power seats yes it have a very small area under it but you can put the amp in the 7 person seat`s box when it opened or putted out of the car then you have enough space. I put two home cinema`s 100w subwoofers in that space.

About tire pressure sensors, I checked in my car and my friend`s 2008 Pajero I didn`t find any think like that but I think that you talking about is the ABS sensors that display in the original mini screen if the car have ABS option.

I connected the reverse wire for the system to activate the rear view with reverse light then to a (relay), I used a relay to change the AV mode from the PC to reverse camera because the top screen didn`t have the option for reverse camera.

Thumbs up Trying to replicate your work

Hi there,

I'm building the single screen version of the same model using EeePc from ASUS in a 2003 Pajero.
Could you tell me what frontend software are you using, and how you got the OBD connection to work ?

BTW nice job !
