Fitted in car .....it was running off my laptop sat on the passenger seat... The TMR LinITX is very good in todays bright sunshine.....the pics make it look worse than it really is

Now to buy the cables I need to wire to the PC in the boot

I'm not massively worried about having amazing sound from my system so I'm connecting my audio out from my laptop to the AUX in that my Parrot handsfree system has, currently my parrot is connected to an ipod for my music - this will obviously go as I'll be using my HD for storage but the sound that comes out of the parrot is really quite good....well good enough for my needs. Also means that I have a second handsfree option in my car - so I can have my work and personal phone paired at the same time. When I turn the ignition on the parrot automatically goes to the AUX port for sound, so the music from my PC will come in without any need to change inputs

Nice & clean work!! well done, but don`t you think the black or silver colors are more compatible to your car dashboard ?

I originally sprayed it just a flat black....but it looked like a dull black slab,... At the moment I think the carbonfibre gives a bit of texture/depth it needed.......I may change my mind .......or I could add some more carbon pieces to tie it all in

That is a good idea fiber carbon nice and modern if used it on the dashboard silver part .
or you can try a black tape like original dashboard skin texture because a spray never gives you the original color.
