Very nice. I am going to mount my LCD in the 'cup holder' area.. What did you use to form that?

Fiberglass and bondo body filler
You will have to remove handbrake hadle before removing that cup holder compartment, unless you want to do it risky way:bend it.

I've already done a bunch of stuff to my car. I thought of going with those headlights that you just showed me but I think I will just stick with my 'mk4 looks' right now. I also have H&R coilovers, front and rear stress bars, smoked turn signals and sidemarkers and FK tailights.
As for performance, I have a magnaflow exhaust, DSR 256 cams and this . My intake manifold is in the process of getting polished so it should be "blinged out" pretty soon. I'm a regular on www.vwvortex.com and go by the same name.
I plan on mounting my screen in the cup holder area and my case either under the passenger seat or in a euro upper glove box if I can find one cheap.

You've got there pretty nice dub ; ))))
magnaflow exhaust - i was planning to buy it as a group buy on vwvortex; is it louder than a stock one, whats your opinion about it (do you have 2.0 or vr6)
DSR 256 cams- nice ;d, but i rather stay with fuel economy for now

Haha, yeah the cams do like the fuel but they work along side my stage II supercharger setup. I put down about 250hp to the wheels. I am actually very happy with my magnaflow. It has a nice low rumble at idle and sometimes cancels its own sound out at certain rpms. And for $350 it couldn't be a better deal. Btw, mine is a 99 VR6.

yeah cams are supposed to eat up more fuel but then again so does the sc.. nice though. And the magnaflow is definately lowest amount the exhausts. I've thought about a TT stainless steel for my dub. I'm also on vwvortex frequently with the same username. Hit me up.

Samc you have pretty long history on 'tex, i read couple of your threads over there, interesting.
Since you guys know much better about the exhausts which should i get: one from tttuning or magnaflow, or something else? Mine is falling apart (including cat) and im looking for something quiet to do not wake up neighbors at night .

Awsome to see a few mk3 guys hear. I have all the parts for my system all together, and I am just working out the software. I'm not using an LCD scree, so I don't plan on using video. I'm keeping the stock head unit, and using the VWCDPIC to emulate the cd changer. Control is through a palm with http://www.giantdisc.com/
I have an m100, it's black with green screen. So, the color scheme on everything still matches OEM.
As far as the exhaust goes, I think you could find more info on vortex, but if you wait around every couple of months there is a group buy on the magnaflows for like $360 ($600 without the group). A lot of people like the magnaflows the best. But, if you look at the dyno charts, you get like 10hp, all after 5000rpm, that wasn't worth $360 to me, since I rarely go above 4000rpm.
Let's keep the Mk3 Picture's comming. More power to anyone who tries.
