Cell Handsfree Install Pics

I installed this professional handsfree install kit for my cell after I almost got hit by a truck as I was pulling my phone out of my pcoket, so I decided it was time to be safe and go handsfree (and if I was doing this I wanted to do it right!). As you can see, the cradle is attatched to the dash (with a very strong double sided tape. It stays firmly and doesn't move), the microphone is at the top of the a-pillar, and the speaker is in the passenger footwell So far this works great! I dont really like the antenna I had to put on the windshield but it actually doesn't stick out so much when you see it in person. Thak you everybody here that helped me out and answered some of my questions. I'd be more than happy to pay it forward, and help anybody else out if they have questions on doing one of these installs themselves.

It works great so far! It ended up costing me a lot more than I expected. I paid $50 shipped on ebay for what was supposed to be the whole kit, but the seller didn't realize the cradle for the phone wasn't in the box, so I got everything buy the cradle (he says he's sending me a desktop charger since he's sorry that he lost the cradle) so I had to spend $50 at verizon for the cradle. Then I realized I needed an external antenna for it to work, so that was another $30 at verizon. So, to some it's worth $130, to some it's not. My dad paid $350 at a wireless store to have his supplied and installed in his bmw 3-series, so I know I saved a lot doing this install myself. I now at least am safe and wont get in an accident because of my cell phone.

No write up, I basically just followed the instructions which were very brief. The only thing I had to do was wire the positive and negative power wires, and then after that everything just has its own special plug that plugs into the "brain" unit. If you have any questions I can answer them, it's really not difficult to install, even though Motorolla and all the other companies call it a "professional full install kit", that should only be installed by professionals.
