I'm sure you could but it's goingh to cost you $300-$600 for the parts unless you can find the panels at a salvage yard. Seems like you could just remove the speaker and stuff your PC inside the enclosure or remove the sub and enclosure and fab a nice mount for your PC. Also, don't forget your factory amp is under than panel -- dunno if you plan to retain that or not and if it will fit with the non-subwoofer panels in place.
Search for 2003Toyota4RunnerPartsList.pdf at t4r.org. It should give you idea of what parts you'll need and the 03 retail price.

Just bought a 2005 4runner and was impressed with what you have done. Since you did yours, have you heard of any one successfully using the JBL amp? Or do I need to buy a new amp?

IIRC, nobody has managed to make that work yet. I believe that amp is controlled by the JBL HU over a serial interface. You might do a few searches over at t4r.org or yotatech to see if anyone has figured out how to add an aftermarket HU with it.

I think I am going to attempt an install such as yours. I really like the setup. What do you think of this sound card ? http://www.audiotrak.net/mayaex7.htm . I was figuring getting two 4 channel amps amps for this to output as many channels as I can. Does this make sense? As if you cant tell, I am not too strong in the car audio knowledge. Computer knowledge on the other hand is a different story.. hehe

I don't anything about that card -- never heard of it. It looks pretty sweet though. you might try starting a thread in the open forums (search first)

Maybe take some picture of what your trying to do with your Xenarc. The base 7" panel should be the same size as the Lilliput so there ought to be a way to make it fit in there -- though perhaps not quite the way I did it.
I'm not sure how the OEM JBL system is impacting you. You more or less have to rip it out anyhow, right? That should leave you plenty of space for even a full size desktop PC.

i dunno, i'm gonna measure it now that you've intrigued me! its a waste of damn space, i will rip it out tho, and just fab something in there... problem is getting at the son of a *****, maybe i should make the panel cover thing more removable somehow... hmmm
i basically used wire taps to hump each speaker, and they all work... the rear seats are f*king worthless, nothing comes out of there... i dunno... pita!

This inastall is a must see. I had the privalage of seeing it today along with the cram radio. Both are very nice. I must say this is the cleanest install i've seen yet.

I saw it today also. Must say that the radio did a great job of distracting from the install Good thing is that I saw it at the previous meet, very stealth

Rondo, how did you access your battery through the firewall? I was looking and thought about coming through were the hood release wire is. Any thoughts? Pics?

minghi - there's a gromet in the firewall where some other wires go through. i can't remember if it's where the hood release is. it comes in just towards the top of the e-brake pedal on the inside. i'll try to take a picture this weekend...

Yah, there are several grommets there. I punched a small hole through the very large grommet on the driver side firewall. It might have been the steering column grommet -- I'll have to give it a look to be sure since it was a year ago that I did it.
