lgbr has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Not bad at all. The GPS receiver is in a dangerous place. You should put it under a window or something.

You must not have seen many jeep installs. I think we're all running the GPS recievers like that.

My windows have a metalic coating /tint. the signal from outside is literally two or three times better than that from under the windshield.

Nice job max. Don't be afraid to rip appart that dash and go uber custom

more on the install: the cubby that you ran all of the wires into seems like a great place to put the computer. I was planning on putting my system there until i filled it with a sub...

I am planing to put as much in that cubby as possible abd eventually I may make a case to fit the enitre computer in the enclosere. and I wanted to make the screen "uber custom" mounted but the only good place I could think of was where the headunit and heat/ac controls are and I don't really want to lose those the head unit could be easily relocated but the the heater controls could not thanks for the coments though

and the GPS unit is fine the wire can not be yanked out where it is positioned, the unit it self is waterproof and it does not cause any leaks if the weather stripping (i ran it down the outside of the stripping and behind the taillight
