TeaVirus is on a distinguished road
350Z CarPC install.

After around 9 months of planning, getting parts together, fabricating, programming, and planning it's finally done!! Well, except for some tweaking that is (are these things ever completely done?). Parts I used:

PC:
VIA Epia M10000 Motherboard
Travla C134 Case (Chopped 2" smaller to fit in the Z)
Hitachi 40GB laptop HD
Slot loading DVD/CDRW
Lilliput 7" VGA touchscreen
4 port USB 2.0 hub
Linksys USB wireless-g NIC
USB GPS receiver
USB SoundBlaster MP3+
Gyration RF keyboard+mouse

Software:
Windows XP
MediaFurnace
iGuidance 2

Stereo:
Sony WX-7700MDX
Alpine MRV-F540
Infinity Kappa 60.5CS (front)
Infinity Kappa 62.5I (rear)
Infinity Basslink

Lots of misc wire and other hardware.

sweet car... are thoose rims stock? they look like they are gunmetal?

do you have any pics of the install??? sounds good from the parts used...

Chopped C134 with M10000. It's pretty tight in there!

Placement of the Opus 90w and OEM mounting brackets. The brackets are normally for the OEM nav system but fit any 1din case.

Thanks! The rims are 18" bronze Nismo LMGT4s.
