VW Golf V TDI Carputer install

Hi folks,

My carputer project is finished, I put a small gallery on my webspace. It took me 1 months and I had some difficulties, but it is running stable now. Please tell me what you think of it.

My setup:

Via Epia M1000
Lilliput 7inch touchscreen
ITPS
PW-70a
HD 80GB 7200tpm
Amplifier 4*50W RMS
GPS BU-303 with soldered external antenna on roof
FrodoPlayer with Destinator
Bluetooth for PhoneControll and Internet/e-mail

Just a question: I thought the Golf was only up to its fourth generation. How do you have a V?

Nope, here in Europe, we already have a V for 1 year now. Just check any European website...
And the difference between the IV is HUUUUGE! It drives much much better. I had the III, IV and the V and they really made a nice car now. Btw; I am planning to buy the Golf V GTI soon , it has just been released...

The golf V has already been released to the US...

Actually no it hasn't. Golf V is released in europe and will make an appearance next year. But basically a mazda 3. That is one sweet install.
