Looks like a very nice install, but yeah, need some daytime pictures, and specs. Is that a Liliput?
Looks good though.

Hi...
I have a Mazda 3-s to...
I have seen in your pics that you have removed the top/display from the center consol..
Why?
Is it attached to the radio?
Hope not...

yes, it is connected to the radio. But you COULD just lengthen the wires to keep the display up there. but you would also need to find a new way to hold it up there cause right now the radio holds it up there.

Hey nappyjim,
I like your install, and need your help. I currently have a simular installation in my corolla, however, I pick up my new mazda 3 later this week.
I am starting to work out some installation details based on my current knowledge of the car. I plan on replacing the stereo with the Xenarc, but I have no idea how to cover it up and make it look nice. Any chance you can provide me some details on how you fabricated the face place?
Thanks!
Rob

Real easy. Mine doesnt look quite as professinal as the others here, but for 20 minutes work, i think it looks great. Just get the metra dash kit "metra 99-7504" and simply saw off the extra parts until the screen fits behind it. You'll understand what I mean when you see the dash kit,

Updated again, pics of installing the GPS mouse and wireless internet reciever under the dash. Pics of the wireless keyboard/mouse reciever under the center console, and some pics of the 100 feet of wires in the trunk, lol.
