Yeah, I changed because my lilliput was ALWAYS ghosting on me. Having seen the difference between the two, I would never recommend anyone get the lilli. Props to Patrick for his lilliput bezel, but the lilliput itself is simply unreliable. I was taking apart my dash at least once a week to fix the ghosting. What a nightmare.
I've had the xenarc for a few weeks now and I have had no complaints. If you have a WRX, check out audiomotivegruppe's piece. It fits great and like I said, Xenarc just provides a higher quality product. If you want to see pictures, check out the latest South Florida meet page. Also, there is another thread somewhere on here about the audiomotivegruppe piece where I had posted a few pics.
I'm sure I'll update this thread eventually. I've gotten a subwoofer and a case since any of the latest pics and I'm eager to see what you all think.

Haha, yeah I know.
It was about $20 on ebay. I just wanted something that would do the job. It is the next thing on my list to update now that I have a subwoofer and a better case.

Hahhaa when I read the fuji heavy industries part I thought about that tokyo breakfast video where the dad says "fuji heavy industries is one crazy nigga, nigga!"
And nice car btw, your carputer seems to be pretty close to what I have in mind.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I can't believe you remembered that video.
Now I must go find it.
That was like 6 years ago that that thing came out!!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately, though, the people in the video are NOT Japanese (I used to think they were, but now it's pretty obvious they aren't) - they're Koreans. Still, pretty funny, just out of context somewhat.

for anyone interested in obd / ob11 / flash capabilities of the Subaru
go check out and join the forums on www.tari.co.za
there is a feature request forum and I am sure the collective brains in this thread alone can come up with enough ideas to make the software even better, there is even talk of a toolkit !
Cheers

Pics aren't working. Must say one thing, though. Replace the stock speakers. An audio place I went to told me they'd sell me a super-nice woofer with a Fosgate amp and that I would be so happy that I'd not want to change my speakers. I said um, okay, and went ahead and put in a full Infinity system (self-installed and eBayed, so came in waaaaaaaay under retail). Then I took it to my dealer, and as part of a conversation, he showed me his install. He had a nice 12" Infinity sub (against my 10"), mounted in a nice box, but with stock speakers. He showed me his, I showed him mine.
He was ON THE FLOOR. My system OWNED HIM. The stock speakers are ****, and you will see it when you take them out (I swear they weigh no more than 100 grams, while my Infinity ones are over a kilo - the magnet is HUGE).
DEFINITELY DEFINITELY DEFINITELY swap your stock audio speakers. It's not worth investing in an audio system otherwise.
