2001 Mitsubishi Galant Install

Well after a year of ing ing , and of cource saving a lot of money for parts i have finally assembled my first carputer.

Hardware list
VIA EPIA-M10000
XENARC 700TS LCD
SCANTOOLS OBD2
WIFI PCI CARD
40G HARDDRIVE
OPUS 150
PANASONIC SLIMLINE DVDROM
SANDISK EXTREME 1G CF CARD
512MB PC2700 333MHz SDRAM
JATON GeFORCE2 MX440
SOUND BLASTER AUDIGY 2 USB
PHAROS GPS RECIEVER

Other Parts
Audiobahn 800 Watt Box
Audiobahn 800 Watt AMP
Alpine Speakers/Tweeters
Legacy 400 Watt amp for the speakers
Optima Yellow top battery
AC poweracoustics 5 Farad capacitor

Description:
I’m running Road Runner on Windows XP Embedded of a 1G CF card with Minlogon + Ewf. The soundcard is hooked up to my 2 amplifiers one for subwoofers and one speakers. This soundcard quality is actually incredible comparing it to my old Alpine receiver. The installation too a little over 15 hours to complete due to the fact that I had to remove my old setup first. I chose windows xp embedded because I wanted a challenge of getting a system to run as lite as possible. The video output is 800x480 at 60 hertz which is exactly what it should be, and yes the xenarc osd actually shows me that.

Thanx for looking and let me know what you think...

not at all you just remove the controlls completly then cut the screw holes bracket on the controls about a centimeter and try mounting. Took me like 15 min. If you want a bios image for the m10000 with the mitsubishi logo as the startup, just pm me with your email address.

How r u holding the monitor in place?
I went to the juke yard and picked up a bezel (didn't wanna drive around with a big *** hole in my center dash).
I'm molding my screen in...Between my dog's operation (ACL) then 3 weeks later passing away, I've had to put my project on hold for the last 4 weeks.

Sweet install!

How is that Jaton video card? I can get a good deal on one of those, and I really need to upgrade from this unichrome one...Does it have multiple screen support?

I have been looking around a lot too for the bezels like that. So this is a custom job? Plus, what you mentioned about the JDM parts relating to the screen confused me. What did you mean by "Ones i pay for all the jdm parts that i have purchased then i'm going to starting molding the screen in."?
