RX-8 Carputer!
Just finished up on the last parts of my install. I thought I might as well post it considering I did use this forum for information in the build process.

Interesting, it works for me. I'm hosting this site from a web server in my room over DSL so it will be slow.

First Off, Killer car! I love the RX-7, and the new RX-8. I was plesanlty suprized at the very nice job of hiding wires in the car. Really a fine j ob indeed. I also like the neons in the footwells.

What did you use for FM radio? How's the reception?
What kind of phone are you using for the bluetooth?
Nice work.

I'd be interested going to the meet, and seeing how you fab your own dash pieces when you get around to it.

Nice work.
I'm using a Sony Ericsson T637 for my cell phone. I already ditched the FM radio because I never used it. I might consider going with sat radio if I can get my hands on a PCR. But for now I'm using the extra USB port for my Emanage. Which allows me to advanced or retard my timing and adjust my AFR while in the car. I also have a OBD2 CAN scanner hooked up via the serial port so I can monitor all my guages and senors. Allowing me to make adjustments to the Emanage accordingly.
