if you look at the first picture in this thread you can see where the 5" picturetube was above the pc 10".... I useda 5" color tv....took it apart & installed the guts in the dash... the picture tube was really cool & brite.... I had a tinted glass over it so when off it disapeared.... there was a panel that was on two slider tracks(along side monitor) that slid up & covered the pc screen completely....... it had the climate control face & the sony eq face on it, both of these units were deep in original form but I had to extend remote the two displays.... then the panel slid down to reveal the monitor..... most people would just say "oh ****" when seeing this car for the first time... at least twice... one when the panel came down to reveal the pc monitor & then again when I pressed the remote & the nose tilted open revealing a sick looking engine.... back then everything was polished & finished off nice..... she sat on a sweet set of 17" centerline billets that looked surprisingly appropriate on this cadillac she had the stance of a impala ss with the same sized 255/50 17's....

I've got a 91 caddy like this, but a 4 door sedan.. that has a big system in it along with a pc.... that car is retired now & I plan on pulling the system & installing most of it in this car..... that one has the same dash as this one & I did a lot of work to it, building a apline screen into a flip up housing in the top of the dash... might just drop all that in there.....but of course with a new pc!

either that or just sell the 91 with the whole system & just do all new stuff here.... anyone want to by a 91 broaham sedan with a trunk load of old school ppi art series amps... alpine multimedia setup with a 10.4" tochscreen pc in the dash..... it has 150k on it & has seen better days... but all in all shes not so bad.... I may post that car in the clasifieds & see if anyone wants it complete....

..................ahhhhhh that wouldn't have been my first choice... I have an accord coupe that I'm thinking of doing.... gotta see if I get the car cheap enough though... I'm picturing it all blacked out with a set of black 18's with a chrome lip... just don't know if I could drive a little jap thing though.... it is a pretty big coupe kinda... I really would love to build a twin turbo supra..... that would be hot..

That's awesome man! I can't believe that... That's like 11 years ago. You were definitely one of the first ones! That's amazing.
