Nice setup my man! I realy envy you about it. CONGRATULATIONS on your engagement. If you found the right person you're gonna be really happy. When's the wedding? Good luck finishing up school, and getting everything done.
noe there's only little to finish up on your system. (wiring, new case) and we all like the huge screen. It was a fight well fought, and a result well deserved.!!!
cheers

Alti, it indeed turned out really well. Props to all the work that you and your buddy did. Now, about those cell phones, if you wanted a REAL Sony Ericsson, you shoulda gotten a K750i
Seriously though having Bluetooth control over your computer is the coolest indeed. I haven't been able to get it working with Centrafuse yet, just Winamp and basic desktop usage (mouse movement, etc)

Wow, your install came out great. I never thought anything bigger than an 8" would look good or fit in the altima, but you proved me wrong once i saw your worklog. Looks really clean, how did you manage to keep the AC vents?

@Intellaworks - Thanks, I ended up useing Lycra as the wrapping material, that is the only way i could get it to work in thoose corners we were talking about.
@Kalt - Basicly just put them in higher up then the stock location. I still have to work out the duct work to connect them completely. Right now the air blows out them no problem and because of the angles involved the natural path for the air to take is strait out the vents. For a perminate fix and to do it right I am going to try to fab something out of HVAC or flex duct material.

Ditto.
It looks great, I envy your screen. Now all those hours of sanding paid off, really good install. And it looks like you got the dvd rom working.

ya i had to resolder some of the power connect leading to my hubs, the dvd requires alot of juice and my first soldering job was less then perfect. I noticed all of the USB periferials are working much better now too.
It is a amazing how much better the car looks when you actualy put the wires where they belong and reattach all the dash pieces you removed.
(it also helps to use some armorall)
