That looks great! I was going to ask if you drew that in solidworks, but I got my answer. we havent started learning inventor yet in my engineering desgin and graphics class, but I'm looking forward to it!

im learning solid edge atm.. but ive had alot of experience with autodesk products (autocad, inventor) so i use these at home..
i think solid edge is ment to be alot better.. but i will be able to make the judgement later on in the year

solidworks is crazy stuff. I've inly used it out on work experiance but it was very easy.

im not familia with ProE
might check it out
update on the box..
im still just hacking little bits out of it to make the dash fit back on over it..
had to change the design a little.. wont be able to put the big fan in the middle because the ash try is there.. and i also had to make a new shelf inside for the HDD

got my new center shelf and my HDD mount under controll
the black things in the angle are rubber gromits and the head of the screw in the side of the HDD is a tight fit in the middle of the gromit..

i suggest you make the 90mm the intake and the 40mm the exhaust, then put a fan filter on the intake. this will create positive pressure in the case so it wont suck dust through the cracks. the way you have it now the thing is a vacuum and it will accumulate tons of dust inside very quickly. should also make for better overall cooling.
