Hello, as a semi-new user on your forums and first time CarPC builder i have come to rely on your forums and suggestings as well as a couple things in your store... however

When i first got the lilliput (w/ the WRX bezel) i opened it and noticed that part of the plasic film on either a microprocessing chip or an extremely large resister (im thinking its the first choice) was cut, i didnt think this would be a problem and i booted up the screen and was correct... when i went to install the computer in my car i simply disconnected the screen from the computer, left the screen where is was and wired the computer first... I DID NOT TOUCH the bezel/screen AT ALL other than transporting it from my house to my garage. On this journey there was absolutely no damage done, i kept the thing completely level (i hate it when things break...) and slowly walked to the car garage. now, i wired it to the computer (i DID NOT install it in the car, rather i just plugged the wires in and slowly eased it into place... ad checked to see if it worked.

i booted up the computer and i noticed a few white pixels on the right side of my screen... i thought this might just be a bios thing since it was still booting up. However, i was mistaken. when it got to windows, i was greeted with a welcome screen where 1/2 the image was perfect (the left side)... and the other half shifted about 20 pixels (1/8 of an inch) to the left, leaving a blank spot on the lcd to the right. the white dead pixels on the far right stayed.

i checked out the touch screen next, to see if that had broken... but everyone of the touches corrisponded to the correct pixel (went to the exact pixel i touched) however, i found this odd... since 20 lines of pixels were missing in the middle of the screen (thus the cursor should have been shifted to the right from where i touched the screen by about 20 pixels. what i think this means is that the screen is not broken, but that the processing chip with the broken seal (WHICH CAME BROKEN) must have malfunctioned in some way. the product was shipped on may 8th, and thus... is less than 1 month old... and viable as of right now to be returned.

please respond to this quickly, and do not be ignorant of my problem until 30 days since i bought the product is up. i think that it would be very unprofessional and i will leave your forum, store, etc. and start a personal boycott of your products (i was looking at getting a few more things from you such as the tuner) and will tell my friends in the modding community to not do business with you, which may make you lose a few more potental customers. This however, is a last resort, i hate being scammed, conned, and ripped off as much as anyone else, so i will make an effort to get the word out about this if you do dont respond until later then say its too late.

i didnt mean to attack him in any way... in case it sounds like that, i've just had some bad experences with online retailers in the past.

but yeah, hopefully i will get my money back, otherwise im buying a new screen from a different lilliput retailer and leaving this forum... (im saving this first... its good for college ^^)
