I actually have two boxes for the car. The big 'un and a simple one with a single 12. The single 12 fits behind the third row seat so I still have lots of cargo room. They both use the same power source and wires that all have plugs. Unbolt and unplug then swappy swappy.

hey, hey......mine is pretty up there. "maybe it's the one Yacob was talkin about "the best"" LOL
BTW, i'm just kidding (and being immature here). His project is excellent. His attention to detail is awesome. Unlike myself and others he didn't stop with the M.I.C.

Naaman -
Can I ask a favor of you?
Can you post a few pictures of the remote?
You're using the 900 rather than the 990, correct?
I'm trying to find pictures of the remote for the 900 but I can't seem to find any.
Would be greatly appreciated!

I can but it will be about a week. I am currently sucking up the sun in Hawaii. And you are talking about the remote control that comes with the H900 correct? FYI I don't use it or the screen that comes with the H900. Everything is though the 9861 and computer.

what you need to do is post up some step by step on how you do all your fab. or if not, how you came by all of this knowledge.
things like what textures, paints, all the materials you use, like that casting stuff with those speakers near the pedals, is that polyurethane and tape? or what.
that's what i wanna know.

outfed - that information would take months to type up.
It's called an art for a reason. This is not stuff that you just go read a book and automatically know how to do. It's just like the old lead slead guys that know how to french in head lights and what not. You learn this stuff by being around people who know how to do it and by actually trying it yourself.
You can read up on how to get started, but you won't learn to do it just by reading. You have to get out there and actually try it for yourself. If you're like a lot of people and are just too scared to mess up to try it, then it should be left to someone who knows what they are doing...why? Because they've already messed up and learned from it.
The 'casting' by the pedals is not 'casting' at all. It's fiberglass work. There's an entire sub-forum here on the forums dedicated to fabrication. You really should read the numerous stickies in there and see how people are doing things.
People go to school for this stuff for months and sometimes years...it's not something where you just write up a few quick posts and be done with it.. There's also a NUMBER of pages avaliable on the internet (many of which are linked to in the stickies in the fabrication forum) that will help to get you started.
Building fiberglass kick pannels is one of the first things people learn to do with fiberglass. However, I would encourage you to learn WHY people do it first.

i've already been through the fab section up and down, learning what i can and such. read all the stickies and the one on fiberglass, and funny how i couldn't even recognize fiberglass work when i saw it. those forums use various abbreviations and terms that a noob doesn't recognize.
as to whether this info would take months to type up, i left room for that in my initial post. if he can't or is unwilling to teach me some of this, then i just wanted to know how he came by the info so i can do the same. sure i can google this stuff but who knows what i'd come up with. some site that teaches you how to do it incorrectly...or something. i want to make my work look like this guy's, so i asked him where he got his knowledge. then u reply FOR him, saying he wont help.
i wouldn't be posting this if i didn't try by myself.
