Geek my Skyline
Well stage 1 is complete I have a working system in the Skyline. Many thanks go out to MP3car as they supplied many of the parts in the system and had the fastest delivery time(being in Italy that was a big plus).
Stage 1 was just to get a working system in the car. All I need now is for a completed(ok official release) of centrafuse and all will be working as expected. The current system has the GPS, Bluetooth, HQCT radio, 7" touchscreen. Right now the entire system is mounted behind the Touchscreen. See link below for photos.
http://forums.fluxmedia.net/showthread.php?t=711
Stage 2 will be to build an acrylic case and mount the system in the trunk as well as add backup & pass cams(needed for driving a right-hand drive car in a right side of the road country), Head rest monitors, ODBII or APEXI software, and a pop-up 15" LCD with keyboard and touch pad mounted in the dash in front of the passenger.
After all that is done, it's do the Veilside body kit/motor upgrade if that tells you where my priorities are.

Sorry guys, didn't realize you had to log in to see the pics. Here they are..

There used to be a standard AM/FM radio and stand-alone CD player where the LCD is now.

Just realized you were probably talking about the instrument cluster. I'm sorry to say I can't take credit for that awesome part of the install, that is a custom dash made by NISMO it was originally intened to be used with a digital dash system(Torque, speed, trip meter, etc.) but luckily for me it has a standard RCA input.. huh!

Cool dash, not so sure on the paint though. Looks kinda funny. Maybe it's the smaller pics.

you don't have to sign up anymore to view pictures... I didn't know that was happening, must be default behaviour of vbulletin...
