I was thinking about still using air. He was just talking about cool looking tanks.
Being how we are both into the Firefighting and rescue things, who knows. Just more ideas.
I think the design you came up looks wicked. It does have that exotic look to it. Anyone can put a Raptor on their Trans Am. I do like the hood without the vents tho.

Never seen that front before. Quite cool. Is it photoshopped? How about another mod while you're at it?

Oh, I thought you meant run high pressure in them. I'm sure they would be fine. You may need to add some extra ports to it for a pressure switch, etc... Or you might run a single fitting on the end and then split it up. One for the pressure switch, one for the compressor feed and one for the 4 fill valves. Paint it up red and add the fire logos or whatever. That would be cool. How big are they and how heavy?

I think i'd run the one fitting and then split them off.
I'm looking at two of these They can hold 18lbs, from what i've found 8lbs equals 1 gallon so with 36lbs i'd have about 4.5 gallons. They are pretty heavy tho 30.4lbs to be exact. I'll have to talk to him and see what he can find me in that size range. I know we have a few laying around in our PRI training stuff, I'm just hoping we have some lighter ones. I'm not too sure on the Air tanks. I know they would be a lot heavier so I'll pry stay away from them, and they look too much like NOS bottles

They are pretty heavy. I know the regular car air tanks use a thinner material and can be pretty light. The aluminum ones are real light. If you could get some aluminum breather tanks like the guys strap on their backs you could paint them red and use an official sticker so it looks more like a firefighter tank, but still be light.
These are the ones:

They are pretty similar to NOS tanks, but that's OK.

Yea we have a few of the older ones lying around here, and they are too heavy like you said. I'll talk to my dad and see if he has any Aluminum ones that he can get a hold of.

Yea i think i might have a hard time getting my hands on a couple of these. They are pretty expensive, But i'd like a couple of these none the less. I'll see what i can do. (i'd rather not paint them i think)

If i did these i'd pry put them on the rear deck. I might just go with a regular tank, but I'm not sure yet.

Heres a small update.
I just bought this nice 200 amp monster. I'm praying it'll end up here in perfect shape.

Damn I should have told you that I had 20 feet of 1/0 AWG wire that I bought to use with the alt but never touched. 10 ring terminals as well, I would have given you a great price since you were buying everything, oh well....
