Yup. 2.0 definitely does not have that feature. I remember seeing that on the features list of 2.1. Toying with the idea of getting 2.1. Would like to have the newer maps and additional POIs.
0l33l > One thing I noticed is that iGSkinner steals the focus from CF (when CF is NOT set on top). Running my laptop at 800x600, CF fills the screen and the taskbar is hidden. Hit GPS and iGSkinner load but is now the top application causing the taskbar to be shown until you click somewhere on CF. Maybe iGSkinner can give the focus back...?
Note: This does not seem to be a problem if you shell directly into CF (instead of using explorer.exe).

Thanks for making them for me to hack . I didn't see the newer ones. I hope you don't mind me re-packaging your skin. I would have credited you but I was unsure where they came form. I just wanted to package it all together with proper configs (for me at least) and colors, font sizes, everything... for the lazy .

probably not possible however these buttons in the off mode being say 20% opacity and 100% opacity might be a nice feature as not to obstruct the lefthand side of the screen too much 0ll33l has enuf to do im sure but it might be something useful

huh?
He already said he is letting us specify commands in the skin.ini, and will use these buttons in his next release... read back a few pages...
so I am waiting to make my own skin.ini until I see how he does it, cause it would be a waste of time to write a skin.ini that wont work on his next version...

oh, you quoted my post and then said "not possible" I thought you were saying my post was not possible...
He could do transparency in XP a lot easier than in Win2k... but ya, it would be difficult because of the moving map..

Looking awesome!
I'll add the background option in the next release too. Lets just say that the next release of iGSkinner won't be for another week

Here is my attempt. REALLY STILL WORKING ON IT, Just a rough mockup. I am using RR with the brished metal skin, so I wanted to make it match. I also wanted to make them transparent, but there is no way to make a transparent BMP, the only file type I can use with IGSkinner.
My Idea is to have two different skins basically, the first is the main screen.
And, once the Menu button is pushed, the next screen pops up that looks like this
Yes, I know that the volume up and the zoom up should be on the same size, and I will make that change.

You can make transparent images! Just put fuscia color behind the buttons and save them to BMP. All images have to be in BMP format. The fuscia color will give the buttons transparency.
