Ok, here is a screen shot of that config I posted in normal CF mode, and then in Full-Screen CF mode.
Note: In my config I set "Zoom Out" left=37, but it shows up as "0" in the normal screen. Also the "Enter" button is set to "top=13", but it really shows up below the "The Menu" button somewhere around "100". This makes the normal screen look right.
When CF gets maximized, "Zoom In" and "The Menu" stay perfect, but "Zoom Out" moves left (and I think it is more than by "37") and "Enter" moves down even further than "100" even though it is only set to "13".
I'm not complaining here, just trying to help de-bug... I really only use it in the normal window and I got it to look perfect for that. It's an awsome program that allows perfect integration of iGuidance into CF. There is definatly something strange about your "Zoom Out" and "Enter" positioning functions though.

it seems as though to me (i am a resource hacker newb) that the blue box for the menu button was just a box, while the text "menu" is located somewhere else. I looked everywhere for it but i cant findit though
Look at the string table. When you find the Menu entry, make sure you replace it with a blank and not just an empty string.

I noticed this morning that if you open iGuidance out of IGSkinner, and resize the window smaller than it was, you have to re-do all your nudge values... but if you make it as big as possible, it works again... this makes me think that iGSkinner is resizing based on the previous size of iGuidance...
So if you are having size problems(with iGSkinner ) then open iGuidance by itself and dont just maximize it, but drag the window as big as it can get, and then close it...

Note: When I run iGSkinner outside of CF, the "Zoom Out" is 37 right and the "Enter" is 13 down from the top (like the config said it should be). It is only when iGSkinner is launched from CF that 37=0 and 13=200???

Here is a screen shot. It is wierd, the IGSkinner part of the screen isn't captured, only the map is. Notice how the bottom icons are cut off, and there is no start visible. WIERD.

Ok... I'll fix the - issue.
So you want all of the buttons to stay in their fixed positions? Botton left?

CF and RR both have different embedding procecedures. Both end up resizing iGSkinner differently. So you'd have to test it out in your frontend.
Hint for CF: click on the iG window and Alt-F4. It'll close it. Then click on home. When done click back on GPS.

Sounds like you have CF set to be on-top of everything.
Talk about not checking the obvious... That was it! Now if I can figure out why CF sometimes embeds correctly, and sometimes doesn't..

Atleast we got that part solved
What do you mean if CF embeds? We're not embedding CF. We're embedding INTO CF. Try running the app by itself and see if it works

Not sure if you fixed my issue, or it is just better because I am on the desktop instead of the laptop, but, IGSkinner seems to put the Navi screen in ALMOST the perfect place.
Now, I can't see the street name of the street I am on.
Take a look

Open it up in your frontend. Don't forget to make the frotnend search for Routis (the title you have)
New version will be up soon. Only fix will be that the buttons say on their fixed places.

Sorry...remarkably long week. I -meant-.. If only CF would embed iGSkinner/iGuidance correctly each time. iGSkinner always shows up in the right place, but iGuidance will not always lock into the mini-window. Most of the time it's right though.
Once again, a great piece of software! (iGSkinner)

Ok... check the first post.
BETA 3.5.1 fixed that annoying Zoom Out bug. Now everything stays on the bottom.

Attached is a beta Skin package for you all. If you are using 2.1 set the background color to "Gray".
ol33l: The built-in menu button changes from guidance to map view when you press it, but yours doesn't. I actually like that, except there is no way to go back to the map view without clearing your destination. We need 2 toggle buttons for Guidance/Map and 2D/3D.

after installing that skin package, I get the same problem I got before where it would snap to the bottom right 2/3 of the screen.
EDIT: Oops, I just realized you can resize it. It wouldn't let me do that before... strange..
Another question, is the (x) supposed to be visible in the bottom right hand corner? No matter what I do I cannot get it to appear completely.

sivart321: Are you using the 3.5.1 version? Mine looks a lot better than that both in the iGSkinner window and when launched through CF. Mine looked more like that on the 3.5 version though. The "x" should appear perfectly in the lower right corner.
