If you can explaine it better I will look in to it.
FYI: Nudges settings should never be negative unless you want to have part of the "panel" showing (which will be the color set by "PanelColor=" in the INI). Use only positive values to hide the edges of an embedded window.
Also, WindowsWindowTitleBarSize and WindowsBoarderSize factor in to the nudging (and they should be set to whatever you have in your Display Properties -> Appearance -> Advanced). This is we can have a button that will "un-nudge" a window revealing its menu-bar, status-bar, and button-bar, but while still hiding the window-boarder and the window title-bar.
RE 3D-View: I haven't made a "toggle" button yet, but it will be done when integrating AutoIt event scripts for each button (which is the next thing I am going to do now).
for a 3d view toggle button, can't you just change the keystroke to a "3". works great for me.
i'm pretty sure that even though the ig sub menu windows get embedded now, they still do not have focus. you have to click on the window before it has focus. if this is the case, then the osk will not work.

Just curious before I get to downloading but can I just get this version:
Quote:
AutoIt - Zipped Version (for those who don't like/want an installer)
(includes Aut2Exe and AutoItX)
Slow *** internet connection. Gonna take almost five minutes just to download Sb.

I downloaded that version, too. Just map file extension .au3 to the AutoIt v3 Script program in explorer's Folder Options so that when the script startup.au3 is called, AutoIt runs it.

You can also compile the AutoIt script to an EXE (right click option if you did a full install) and then set StartupScript=Startup.exe instead of au3. If you do that you don't need AutoIT on the car PC at all (you just need it to edit the script and re-compile to EXE when needed).

You can do the re-connect your self right now just by adding it to the AutoIt script.

There you go again, asking us programming noobs to do things like add a script. next you'll be asking us to "compile" things. Argggg, programmers

Yes! Just make a new button and set its "command=g". The "g" key is a built-in iG hot-key that toggles the GPS window. You can play with the nudge settings on the GPS window to get it to display just the alt, speed, and sats (like I have) or just the compass/SAT-map (like Ol33l has), or any part of it you want to see.
(The default shows the Time, Long, Lat, + the alt, speed, sats which is how I had it before I decided to chop off the time, long, lat in favor of a smaller box in the corner. Ol33l's compass/sat-map looks cool too though. Maybe we could make it when you click that corner (via a fully transparent button), it can toggle the GPS info between off, my setup, and Ol33l's setup. That would require allowing a button to alter nudge settings though. Would that be a good feature to have?)

I don't see any keys (keyboard) when bringing up the data ebtry screen...
Am I meant to download a separate keyboard OSK skin or something? I know one of you guys was working on one.

It's not done yet. You should comment out the embedding of that window (and probably the main-menu window too) until we are done with the new button code.
Just put a ";" in front of "iGMenu=Main Menu" and "iGEnter=Enter Street Address" which are both under the [Panels] section of the INI file.

The OSK hasn't been integrated yet.
