I need help..noob

Ok, I'm trying to use skinbedder to embed an email client into my custom skin. I don't have any idea where to start, and I can't find a FAQ.

Can anyone suggest where to start with this? Thanks in advance.

Download it. Open every ini and read it. Also look at the PNGs.

Notes: When you run the exe, all it does is create a form with the position/size/background_color from the ini file, then it runs the start up script. You can find a windows Class/Title using the AutoIt window tool. Nudge values crop an embedded window.
