Updated the app,
http://www.tzapu.com/up/dsatx.rar

I also added the example skin files for the Digital Fx 2 skin.
You no longer need to fiddle with security settings, i ve included everything in the swf. All you need to do it download, unpack into a skin, assign it to a button, setup comfoolery and everythign should be working
Give it a try

I need some roadrunner scripting help, anyone want to lend a hand?

To run Comfoolery, do you need 'DeviceComm Manager' from Lantronix?
DeviceComm Manager has been superceeded by Lantronix CPR (Com Port Redirector). http://www.lantronix.com/device-netw...edirector.html

no, just comfoolery setup to your brainstem's com port, and listening on local ip, port 9001

the bad news is the brainstem's driver does not seem to support hibernate or standby

Is that the USB one or the serial one?

Do you know if the FTDI stuff supports hibernate?

Sorry guys for letting you all down,
I ve been really busy, i did not even manage to put the new firmware up. My hdd also died on me so my carpc is on hold in home, i should get a hdd soon to be able to reinstall everything. I think i have posted the latest version i did here, which i have used all the time in my cart with comfoolery and did not fail me once(not using hibernate or standby). Unfortunatelly some changes to my car(remote start car alarm+turbo timer) make it so i can t use my application for now as i m not in the car when ds atx actually notices the engine is off.
I have all the bits and pieces together to make it, but i need a revmap of the whole application, some wiring changes in my car, and a reinstall of my carpc which i have not had time for yet(i hate real life and work :P )
Did any of you actually test the app i posted?
I will finish it and I am sorry it takes so long, especially since Jeff made the modifications to the firmware so fast.
Also, let me know if there are other features you d liek to see in it
Alex

Running the Latest DsAtx firmware & using the latest swf file....

I cant get any data to display on the .swf page. I have comfoolery setup properly (I think). The SWF looks exactly like the blank template - when comfoolery is not running/ds-atx not plugged in.
Data from Com1 comes into comfoolery, but its not done in a single full line like in hyperterminal. As you can see, its broken into chunks of randomly 5-20 chars. Perhaps this is the problem??
Opening the SWF, gives me the "127.0.0.1" under client connections. But no data comes out on the SWF. I'm NOT running RR as well, just testing.

I have no idea what the 'policy-file-request/' means in Data-to-port.

Any ideas guys?

Thanks
Ice
