It's a skin for winamp, not a front end.

Yes a skin for WinAMP...One of the best for our application I have ever seen. And YOU were the first one to mention frontend not us, Enforcer.

Just bought a CarPC fom MP3Car and I'm looking for nice big button winamp skin and I came across this thread. Looks good so when might it be available to test?

Actually you can make the size of the playlist font as large as you want in Winamp. To do so....

1. Go to "options"
2. Then go to "preferences"
3. Now in the preferences menu highlight "Playlist"
4. Now you will be able to edit the font size and style.

Also you can resize winamp itself by...

1. right click on winamp
2. window settings
3. scaling
4. then choose a preset or custom size.

Here is my basic winamp modern skin with the playlist text resized and the player itself resized. This is on one of my 19 inch LCD's. Both windows were scaled to 200% and the text was Arial 35.

I haven't tried this yet on a small lcd but it works great on my 19 inch LCD, Theoretically it should work. Arby I think you may definitely be on to something! Please keep us posted. This may be good for folks who aren't really trying to configure a front end with a ton of options but who might only be looking for some type of simple, basic, and easy media player as set up.

If it works I might be going that route myself.
