usb power setting in bios?

Hi, my usb devices draw a lot of power when my pc is shut down (or in standby) so i wanted to change the setting that i don't want any power going to them when pc is not running, but i can't find that option in my bios...
i have a via mobo, running phoenix bios... anyone can tell me where to look?

That's more a function of the power supply, not the PC's BIOS.

and how can i change that? i use an opus 150 watt power suply...

This has nothing to do with the power supply.
Click on START >Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager
Find your USB Device, right click and select properties. Click the Power Managment tab and select
"Allow the Computer to turn off this device to save power." Now when you hibernate or go into standby the usb device will be turned off.

just checked in my car, and it was allready set to that.
still my usb is taking somehow power. when i let the usb cables plugged in, it uses 6 watt, when i unplug the cables my pc uses 1.2 watt...
can anyone tell me if this is normal? can someone measure at his pc what it uses with usb in and unplugged?
