well to be honest unless you want a dedicated car phone, that will never be taken out...

your best bet would be to use bluetooth (with a mobile phone) with software like phonecontrol.net, that way when you get in your car the phone will connect automatically

you could then use your pcmcia card for internet use.

im not aware of any software that can interact with a pcmcia card for mobile phone use anyway.
