VIA/S3G Unichrome 100% Cpu usage.

I have a machspeed P4MSD800, which has VIA P4M800+ VT8237 chipset on it, the IGP is VIA/S3G Unichrome, my problem is that when i use the drivers for the S3G IGP and i start using any kind of flash app my cpu usage will go to 100%,
And yes this would be normal on a low speed system but i have a 3.02Ghz processor, then finally i got sick and tired of dealing with this issue so i reinstalled windows, then flash ran fine and RR with Freedom 2.1 only uses 40% when i open RR then it goes down ro 5% of my cpu, but the refresh rate with the generic vga driver sucks which means i can't play any video, i have tried every version of the drivers for the p4m800 chipset and they all use 100% of my cpu, and i have tried every version of flash every build from 7 - 9.
so here's the summary

Generic windows driver - flash ok, but video won't refresh right on full screen

chipset driver - video ok, but flash uses 100% of my cpu.

does anyone know of a driver that will fix this? or a way to fix the refresh rate on the generic windows driver?

i have tried multiple combinations from generic driver with flash and via drivers with flash nothing seems to work. I even tried all versions of flash with both cominations from version 7 - 9 same CPU problem exisits. This is a weird problem I have been trying all day to resolve this issue with no success..

I'll keep trying and see I can come up with anything..

i did find out that when i use remote desktop it works perfectly, but that's because when i remote in windows uses a virtual display adapter and not the via video card, and i did find out that turning down hardware acceleration helps out a lot.
right click on desktop>properties>settings>advanced>troubleshoot, turning it down one notch might do the trick, it did for me

Injector,

I'll see if it works under remote desktop for me, I did try and turn down the hardware acceleration with no success infact i completly disabled it still same problem. This is a strange strange problem.. the only thing i could find related was when flash images are rendered with high FPS i am not sure what flash FPS the digitalFX color chooser is using, i read turning it down to 5-10FPS helped not sure if that is the case here..
