is there a software similar to Apple ipod?

i was wondering if anyone has ever seen a program that allows you to scroll through your music just like how you would use any of the ipods. the clicker wheels seems to be prettty effective and since we do have touch screen lcd why not have a click wheel where you can scroll through artist, albums and songs just like the real thing.

anyway its just a thought i have no idea if it exist or not.

RR = Road Runner

AFAIK = As Far As I Know

Road runner supports what has been termed "iLists". Basically, you can "touch and throw" (or flick if you prefer) the list and it will scroll through the list as if you were spinning a drum with all the songs on it.

You need a skin that supports ilists also to use the ilist feature (or make your own).

Ummm......

you really have to look around the forum some more if your asking a question like that.

Check out the sub forum dedicated to RR. The answer is yes (sort of). I'd call it "donationware" myself............

Be prepared, as there may be some...........ahem.........playful jibes......... after a question like that.

Mac Mini comes with FrontRow which works just like the iPod. Use a Griffin Powermate to control it and you have a click wheel setup.
