There are a multitude of examples of how to do that all over the Internet. A quick search will give you your answer.

As to a list of Software Development Companies that specialize in the development of customer software, the list would be too long to post here. You might want to first determine who's within driving distance and then call them about their business.

Another thing, I would probably work on improving your english before applying to any company. (I'm assuming that you are looking for a job in the U.S.). I'd also probably take some classes on .NET development as not being able to download a file from ASP.NET really shows your level of knowledge of the .NET framework.

You know, some formats (txt, gif etc.) will be shown on the browser rather than downloading when we try. Below is the script which will help you to download any file.
