I have recently stumbled upon two great Firefox plugins particularly helpful for in-car Internet use and thought I would share them since a search of the site didn't reveal any previous discussion of them.
Speed Dial
This is a neat little plugin that greatly simplifies getting to often used websites. Essentially, it displays Firefox as a visual table of the websites that the user defines. The user can then go to the website by simply pressing the page that he wants to go to. The plugin can be configured to be the homepage, so that anytime the browser is opened the table of websites appears. Although it's great for the desktop, it's especially helpful in the car where searching around for and executing links can be difficult. Check it out at:

Foxmarks
This is a neat little plugin that automatically synchronizes Firefox bookmarks between multiple computers. I was looking for a way to easily get my often changing desktop bookmarks to my carputer. Well, this is it. You can check it out at:
