VB voice synth
I'm looking for a voice synth (as long as I can pretty much always understand what it says) that I can control via VB.NET
It'd be nice if I can write code along the lines of
voiceSynth("The car will now explode")

I've used it, but it has a tendency to be difficult to understand at times. I'd settle for something along the lines of Steven Hawkings.
