Csv2speedzonelimit for the ThunderStick's SpeedZone Plugin

This software convert csv file on a csv Speedzonelimit file compatible .

It create:
- .csv compatibles files,
- Speedzone.ini file,
- ZLST.TXT file.

The last version is : Csv2Speedzonelimit V1.4

Hi all,

This is a new version for Csv2Speedzonelimit , the V1.4 .

Now, the filter for the confidence's level of trapster run well .
