Windows 2000 Boot times

Hey guys,
Anyone running Windows 2000 for their player? Here's a question for you, what are you boot times looking like? Is there anyway to help trim down the boot time in Windows 2000?
Here's what I have for specs:
766 Celeron
128 MB Ram
20 GB 5400 rpm
All in one mobo.

Boot time is around 1 minute.

Seach google for windows tweaks. Theres loads of em. A good site for xp tweaks is Tweakxp.com but I dont think they have windows 2k tweaks. Also search bios tweaks.

Why don't use just hibernate to shutdown? Startup should be very quick with only 128MB.
