Want to make software package...need partner

I want to make a software package that can do a variety of functions.

I have programmed in VB for years, but am a little rusty. Luckily I do pro computer graphics, so I can get a nice looking UI!

If anyone would like to help me develop something like this, please let me know. There are alot of things I want this to be able to do...just contact me if you are interested in trying this.

Full voice control
Full Radio
CD Player
DVD Player
Divx Player
Possibly Navi system
ETC...
