logon screen after hybernate on W2K

does any one know how to skip the logon window when we boot up after a hybernate?

I have only one user and when I start up after a shutdown it does not ask for pw. Currently no pw set for user

look in the display properties on screen saver tab ... make sure 'On resume, password protect' is not checked.

Under Power Management in the control panel, open it and click on advanced, it should be there.
